All bookings require a $200 per person deposit at the time of reservation to be confirmed and processed. Deposits can be made through PayPal, which will incur a 5.5% PayPal transaction fee. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, cancellation fees will be assessed as outlined below under Cancellation Policy.
Final Payment Terms
Final payments are due at least (01) one day before your tour begins with PERU TO TREKS. You may pay in CASH in our office in Cusco. We accept both US and Peruvian currency, any denomination but NO torn bills.

All provided passenger information must be as it appears on passenger’s passport.
Incomplete bookings (missing one or some of the required fields) will not be processed.
PASSENGER UNDER 18: A scanned copy of passport must be sent at the time of booking to be eligible for Machu Picchu entrance child discount.
STUDENT DISCOUNTS: Only applies to students under 25 year of age with a valid student card at the time of booking and time of visit. 01 scanned copy of student card must be sent at the time of booking in order to be eligible for the student discount. Student discount available for Machu Picchu entrances only (USD $20 discount per student).
All reservations require a 50% deposit of the total trip price per person. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, we ask for full payment of the total trip price per person. Our clients may also choose to pay in full at time of booking.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. At the time we receive the cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation fees are charged to cover the many expenses that TREKS TO PERU pays to set up these tours. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions.
